Refund Policy for Ride Colombo 2025
1. Refund Terms
1.1 Participants are eligible for a 75% refund of the Registration Fee if cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the Event date (on or before February 07th, 2025).
1.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to shay@acrossceylon.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and should include the Participant’s full name, registration details, and reason for cancellation.
1.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made within 30 days of the Event date (after February 07th, 2025).
1.4 Refunds do not include any additional charges or donations made during registration.
1.5 Refunds will be processed within 45 business days from the date of approval of the refund request.
1.6 The participant needs to return any benefits already received from Across Ceylon (Ex: the exclusive T-shirt, etc.) to be eligible for the refund.
2. Non-Transferable Registration
2.1. Race Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or deferred to future events.
3. Force Majeure
3.1. In the event of a Force Majeure Event causing cancellation, the Event Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event. Refunds may not be issued in such cases.
